Structure:
- Five 1/2-day sessions over the course of 10-12 months.
- For graduates of our award-winning leadership program, The Transformational Executive Presence Training.
The Basics
- Each participant creates 2 stretch goals: a Way of Being Goal and a Radical Business Goal.
- In the Radical Business Goal (RBC), participants identify a project, portfolio or client that would bring huge ROI to your organization. Examples: to acquire a major new client in a multi-million dollar contract, to make a current contract much bigger, to solve a big problem within your organization. For the Way of Being Goal, participants identify one of the tools taught in The Executive Presence Training that quickly bring them to a powerful place.
- For both goals, participants create and reach measurable SMART goals: specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-based goals. This means that participants practice both the Radical Business Goals and the Way of Being Goals daily, with the support of their accountability partner, and reach heights they never knew possible.
- New tools and support are offered during each RBC session; these tools bolster and propel them toward attaining the goals that will create true ROI for your organization!
- Goals are recorded on a shared Google Docs journal, for all the group to see.
- Participants are paired with an accountability partner and are expected to meet with their partner a minimum of twice monthly (video and phone meetings are very effective).
