6 – How is executive presence training for women different from traditional leadership programs?

Our executive presence training for women program is different from other leadership presence for women workshops in two ways: 

1. While our executive presence training for women workshop teaches the same core tools taught in the all-gender version it additionally provides a deep dive into the specific dynamics women leaders in the workplace often face — such as being expected to “tone down” their power. 
2. While other leadership programs for women programs teach methods to present in a static, formulaic way, our leadership presence for women programs are based in authenticity. Therefore, we teach female-identified participants and their allies how to build influence without asking them to change who they are.
