HOW IT WORKS
Reinforcement through solving real problems
Length: 6 months (variable)
Each month, a cohort of participants applies 2 of our 12 Thought Leader tools to Stretch Goals that improve real workplace challenges – or create big wins for your organization, such as making a contract larger, selling bigger, inspiring a team or engaging the organization in a new initiative.
Example of Month 1:
- Week 1 (aka Huddle 1): The entire cohort meets onsite or virtually. Participants are already energized from participating in our leadership presence training (via The Transformational Leadership Experience Onsite, Virtual or LP for Women). In Huddle 1, two of our twelve core Thought Leader tools are refreshed through highly-interactive exercises designed to push participants to new skill mastery. Plus, monthly Pair Partners are assigned; these rotate each month (participants love having a buddy). Pair Partners meet briefly for preliminary planning. Important benefit for companies considering licensure: Participants are active ALL month long, yet this Week 1 cohort-wide meeting is the only facilitated meeting, therefore minimizing effort from your training team.
- Week 2 – Pair Practice: Guided by our Week 2 Rubrics, Pair Partners collaborate (virtually or onsite) to finalize and role-play their Stretch Goals. Our rubrics guide partners in healthy-risk taking, giving/receiving balanced feedback and more, and these anchor your vibrant workplace culture. These rotating Pair Partner meetings help to establish belonging and inclusion at your organization, yet another example of how we incorporate our 5 outcomes into every transformational leadership development program we design.
- Week 3 – Solo: Each participant enacts their Stretch Goal and records results.
- Week 4 – Pair Partner Debrief and Review. Guided by our Week 4 Rubrics, Pair Partners debrief their successes, consider options for later improvement and provide each other with honest, balanced and supportive feedback. Participants feel known, seen and supported: And THESE create the kind of culture that entices employees to stick around.

- Pair Practice (pairs rotate) – Efficient, exciting and connecting due to our meeting rubrics.
- Group Review + Exploration – Cohort wide meeting once per month in which 2 tools are reviewed via exciting, interactive exercises that reconnect the cohort and keep learning engagement sky high.
- Peer Feedback – Participants continue to give each other personalized feedback using our balanced feedback method they learned to appreciate in the leadership presence training they attended (The Transformational Leadership Experience Onsite, Virtual or LP for Women).
