Maximums:
- The Transformational Leadership Experience (Onsite) and Leadership Presence for Women (Onsite) typically allow for a maximum of 16 attendees (some exceptions can be made). Fewer attendees result in greater transformation since more practice time is allowed.
- The Transformational Leadership Experience (VIRTUAL) and seats a maximum of 12 attendees. Fewer attendees result in greater transformation since more practice time is allowed.
- The Dynamic Reinforcement Program (The DRP) – We recommend a maximum of 12 participants per cohort. The DRP reinforces tools from all above programs.
- The Leadership Presence Primer 1.0 Day Version (Onsite) accommodates up to 25 participants, but is excellent for small groups, too.
- Gold Standard Management Trainings (Onsite) seats up to 20 participants. Exception: The LP Primer 0.5 Day Version – Onsite (3.0 – 4.0 hours) has a recommended max of 14 participants.
Minimums for all above services: Small groups are welcome; the smaller the group, the more time is allowed for practice, practical application and personalized feedback. Since peer observation, peer feedback and peer support enrich the learning experience we recommend a minimum of 4-6 participants, but there is no hard and fast rule for minimums.
