Invited to a Hosted Training?

Though we at Cream of the Crop Leaders typically bring our trainings onsite to organizations, from time to time we offer our top-rated Executive Presence Training (adults) and Outstanding Youth: Confident and Unstoppable (youth) programs in specific areas by request. The person who makes this requests is the “Host”.  Anyone can Host.  The Host simply puts together a list of potential participants.  If you’re reading this, it’s likely that a Host invited you to add your name to an “Interest List” (if not, click here).

There’s no obligation to add your name to the Host’s Interest List. You’ll simply be noticed if a workshop in your area is viable; at that point you can ignore the notice or register.

To add your name to your Host’s Interest List:  Just contact this person. If you can’t locate the invitation, contact us and we’ll tell you who is Hosting in your area.

  • Financial Sponsors: Find a financial sponsor to foot one seat – or find several to pitch in toward an entire workshop. Sponsorship is especially viable if your group has a theme that might appeal to a sponsor (women, youth, young entrepreneurs, adults reentering the work force, etc). See our Sponsor page.

Hosted Training FAQs

What is the Per Participant cost for a Hosted Training?

We come to right to your town (Worldwide) to provide our award-winning Executive Presence Training (adults) or Outstanding Youth: Confidence Training (young adults + teens).  Zero travel fees.

  • Up to 16 people can be seated; the more people who attend, the lower the cost. Have more than 16 in your group? Contact us and we’ll jump these hurdles together.
  • Location: In your metropolitan area (this means zero travel costs for participants)

    • Providing that your group can handle lunch and supply a training room (donated rooms are easy to find), the pricing is simple: If the max 16 people attend, it’s only $798 USD per person for the entire 2-day transformational training, including video feedback training.  Zero additional fees. Other Executive Presence Trainings run $5500 per person for a 2-day training, plus your travel fees. Yet, our adult and youth empowerment trainings are Top-Rated.
    • We got the $798 USD per person cost by multiplying the daily rate of $6390 x 2 (2-day workshop), then dividing by the number of people attending (maximum 16). So, you can have any number of participants you’d like, up to 16. For example, if 15 attend, the cost will be $852 USD per person.
    • Most companies will reimburse, even if the cost is a higher due to fewer participants. Share this with your employer.

Host a Workshop is simpler than it sounds. Knowing how to look and feel powerful and confident anywhere, any time is worth it!  And, there is zero risk. No commitment: you can let the whole idea go at any time. No risk giving it a try.

We love what we do.  Maybe that’s why we’re Top-Rated: Reviews for Adults | Reviews Youth

Need Help Covering Costs?  3 Options:  Employee Reimbursement, Crowdsourcing, Financial Sponsors

Other Ways to Pay for the Training:
  • Employee Reimbursement: Employers often reimburse for our trainings, because these trainings benefit employees and organizations from all industries. View our Employee Reimbursement.
  • Financial Sponsors: Financial sponsors may contribute the fees for one seat, an entire workshop, or a percentage of a workshop (consider asking 4 local sponsors to each contribute 25%, or 10 local organizations to each contribute 10%). Sponsorship is especially viable if your group has a theme that might appeal to sponsors (women, older people reentering the work force, disadvantaged groups, young entrepreneurs, etc). See our Financial Sponsor page.
  • Crowdsourcing Your Training Fees:
Any obligation created by adding one’s name to the Interest List?

No, none at all. The Interest List simply expresses potential interest.  Adding your name simply results in notice of upcoming trainings. You may ignore the training notice or register.

Can I help the Host find participants?

Sure, if it’s okay with the Host!  By pooling social media contacts, more invitations go out and, in turn, the workshop is more likely to be viable.

Just one small thing: Please check with the Host to work out any financial agreements.  The Host gets a free seat, but s/he can choose to share the cost savings. In other words, we’ll still require full registration and payment from you (the “co-host”).  You and the Host can work out any sort of repayment arrangement among yourselves; Cream of the Crop Leaders is not involved with these financial arrangements.

What is the difference between your 3-Day and 2-Day trainings?
  • 3-Day: The 3-Day training is highly recommended. Most people who’ve attended a 2-Day training later remark that they wish they had attended the 3-Day version due to their excitement with and desire to further practice their powerful, new stance.
  • 2-Day Training: Though very valuable, the 2-Day training has less video feedback and fewer solo exercises (both valuable for reinforcing new learning). Also, segment lengths inevitably vary depending on the number of participants and the individual needs of each group. Therefore, the 2-day training may or may not include sections such as: Connecting with the C-Suite, Developing Engaged Rapport with Anyone, Thinking Habits of Top Performers Part III.
Does COTC guarantee a training if a Host returns a completed Interest List?

We have every desire to actualize each Hosted training. We can only do so if enough of the participants on the Interest List commit to the dates and financial arrangements. Therefore, while we can’t guarantee a training, we can usually make a training happen when there is substantial interest.

How will the people on my Interest List actually register?

COTC handles registration and payment. All the Host does is prepare an Interest List of potential participants.

  • Once we receive the Interest List from you, we’ll work together to finalize training dates within your requested time-span by considering the blackout days provided by your potential participants.
  • COTC will then send a registration form and final dates in a “Reconfirmation: You’re Almost There” email to everyone on your Interest List. This email asks all parties to confirm their availability for the final dates. Responses from this email tell us exactly how many people are interested, and from this, we set (and notice your group of) the probable per participant price.
  • If there are more than 16 people confirming interest for the final dates, the group will be pre-noticed of a payment opening date and time. The first 15 (Host is already confirmed) to make full payment will receive a reserved seat.
Is lunch and parking included?

  • Our Host a Training workshops invite each group to arrange lunch at their own expense. Both Whole Foods and local deli’s will deliver an inexpensive and fresh, healthy, boxed lunch. Boxed lunches allow us to extend your training day by offering heartwarming partner exercises during lunchtime.

Parking & Transportation:

Sorry, COTC does not provide parking or transportation for participants. However, for your convenience, we’ll note nearby parking facilities and fees:

  • For Hosted Trainings, we note parking details in our confirmation emails.
  • Another good resource for locating nearby parking and transportation is the “Explore this Area…Search Nearby” function of Google Maps.
  • Please allow adequate time both for parking and walking to the training facility. Our trainings begin on time and we don’t want you to miss essential exercises.
